To produce the third Letchworth Recollections book - a record of life in the world's first Garden City, and your help is needed. Authors Heather Elliott and John Sanderson, who splendidly produced book one (covering 1903 to1939) and book two (1939 to 1960) are now compiling information for book three - to cover from 1960 to 2003. Letchworth Recollections is about people's memories of living in the town - their stories, anecdotes, etc. Heather and John want to hear from everyone who has memories of living and/or working in the town, during that period. They are also on the look-out for photographs. The first two books made enthralling reading, so if you can help to keep the standard up then email heathermelliott@hotmail.com or johnsanderson@ntlworld.com and also visit the Recollections website on www.letchworthrecollections.org.uk
