A woman in her 30s had to be taken to the Lister Hospital in Stevenage after a crash on Fairlands Way this morning.
Police were called just after at 8am to Fairlands Way on the approach to Gunnels Wood Road to reports of a collision between two cars.
A silver Ford Galaxy and a black Ford Fiesta were involved.
A section of the road was closed until 9.30am.
The woman sustained facial injuries which are not though to be serious.
