A woman has come forward after a police appeal was launched on Tuesday in connection with threats made to a pregnant woman on a train travelling to Hitchin.

A picture was released this week by the British Transport Police after an incident on a train heading from London King’s Cross to Hitchin on Wednesday, July 15.

Following the appeal which was published by the Comet, a woman has come forward and will be interviewed by officers in due course.
