POLICE have charged a woman for perverting the course of justice, in connection with the murder of Stevenage man Mark Butler.
Zoe McGonnell, of Bowcock Walk, Stevenage, was charged with the offence on Tuesday (October 26). She is due to appear before Stevenage Magistrates on November 9.
Mark Butler, 32, died after suffering a fatal stab wound during an incident in Bowcock Walk in July.
Dwayne Parchments has already been charged with his murder in July of this year and is remanded in custody.
He will face trial in January at Luton Crown Court.
