In his second loan spell from QPR, Bruno Andrade netted his first goal for the club as Boro won 1-0

Bruno Andrade has spoken about the ‘amazing’ feeling of scoring Stevenage’s winning goal against Plymouth Argyle.

A second-half substitute, the winger, in his second loan spell at the club from QPR, finished with style to hand Stevenage all three points.

Speaking after the game, which was his last under his current loan deal with Boro, he said: “I feel over the moon, it feels amazing to get a goal for Stevenage. I’ve been eager to get one since I joined last season when I came here.

“I know Dean Parrett has the quality to put me through in the space that I needed, and I trusted my speed to get me there. Once I got there I got composed and had to have a few more touches because the ground is not the greatest and you have to take extra care. But I got my shot away, and it went in.”
