Margaret Abbiss, our Chairman welcomed members and visitors to the February meeting. Diary dates: Games evening on Monday. Luncheon Club are meeting at the Chequers Stotfold Monday, February 27 for 12.30pm. Arts and Crafts group to discuss their forth coming programme and to look at handmade Christmas cards received Thursday, March 2. We were pleased to welcome Mel Blackshaw whose talk entitled Taking some of the Mystery out of Antiques was enjoyed by all and a vote of thanks given by Ruth McKenzie. The competition was won by Leslie Lewis. Our next meeting at Whitehill School will be Wednesday, March 8 when Tom Doig will talk on Folk Cures and Remedies, visitors welcome for a 7.30pm.start.
