REMEMBER to put your clocks forward before you go to bed tonight (Saturday) as British Summer Time (BST) begins.

The official time changes at 1am tomorrow morning (Easter Sunday), when it will become 2am.

Clocks must be moved forward an hour to allow for the time change, which means an hour less in bed but more daylight in the evenings.

Traditionally, BST begins each year on the last Sunday in March and ends on the last Sunday in October.

This year the clocks will go back an hour again on Sunday, October 27.
