Police have confirmed a 15-year-old is being treated for stab wounds after an attack in Jackmans Place in Letchworth.

Police received a call at 2.30pm yesterday to reports of an assault on a boy.

He is conscious and breathing and officers are currently searching for a white male, of a small build and with brown hair.
