The Met Office is warning of heavy wintry showers and possible hail in this region today.

Today should remain sunny and dry, but we are likely to experience very cold winds.
There may even be heavy showers with hail later on.
Tonight there may be more wintry showers with frost and ice in places.
Tomorrow’s forecast for Hertfordshire is “sunny spells after a frosty start but cloudier with further wintry showers in the east, perhaps giving accumulations in the morning.
“Winds decreasing in strength. Maximum temperature 6 °C”, the Met Office states.
The weekend isn’t looking quite so cold.
There may be some light rain, mist and fog.
Fog could become quite dense by Monday so take care on the roads.
