Fans of American TV sitcom Friends were in their element when an attraction touring the country came to Knebworth Park.
FriendsFest was held in the grounds of Knebworth’s stately home for five days through to Sunday, as part of a six-week tour of the country, which culminates at Blenheim Palace today.
The event features a host off attractions fans of the iconic American sitcom to enjoy.
Described by organisers as ‘the ultimate Friends experience’, highlights included the chance to step inside recreations of some of the sets from the show.
There were selfies galore from fans as they wandered around Monica and Rachel’s apartment.
They could also grab a drink at the Central Perk coffee shop, a bite to eat in Monica’s Moon Dance Diner or go back in time to the gang’s high school days with a silent disco.
The Friends roadshow is being staged jointly by Comedy Central UK and The Luna Cinema.
George Wood of producers The Luna Cinema said: “We are absolutely delighted with the response to FriendsFest.
“We’ve had Friends fans from all over the world come to Knebworth this week to celebrate their favourite TV show.
“Tickets sold out in a matter of days of the event being announced, but for anyone who missed out, we are already planning 2017’s Friendsfest and its set to be bigger and better, with some new sets and fan experiences.”
Other hits at Knebworth have included fans warbling to Phoebe’s musical masterpiece Smelly Cat Karaoke, games of table football in Joey and Chandler’s apartment, and getting a romantic snap with their loved one in the Vegas Chapel of Love.
