We now have had the enjoyment of seeing Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat performed in Little Wymondley by the children of our village school. The cast, the choir and the narrators all did splendidly and we left with the songs still ringing in our ears. Thanks were expressed to all who were involved in the production, particularly Glenys Farrell for all her hard work with the support of her husband, the pianist. Gifts were presented to Glenys to express thanks and goodbye as now leaves the school after fifteen years during which time she has been responsible for many musical productions of the highest quality, as well as her unique gift of training the children not only to sing like larks, but to enjoy it too.
