A driver arrested on suspicion of drink driving after smashing through a wall into a family’s garden in Stevenage has been charged with the offence.
Rodolfo Fernandes, 33, of Severn Way, Stevenage has been released on police bail to appear at Stevenage Magistrates’ Court on May 24.
Fernandes’ red Vauxhall Ventora demolished a garden wall alongside Great Ashby Way in Stevenage on Wednesday night after he lost control of the vehicle.
