UTILITY man Peter Vincenti has moved to Mansfield Town today (Friday) on a three-month loan, with a view to a permanent switch.

The 24-year-old, who scored Boro’s first ever goal in the Football League in August, moves to the Blue Square Premier side following one start and four substitute appearances in Stevenage’s first 12 games.

Jersey-born Vincenti joined the Broadhall Way-outift on a free transfer in January 2008 from first club Millwall, playing as both an attacking midfielder and a striker.

Vincenti’s loan move means he will be available for Mansfield Town’s FA Cup clash with Halifax Town tomorrow (Saturday).
