FROM Monday, people driving onto the Lister Hospital site in Stevenage will need to use a new combined main entrance and exit.
The revised road layout is to allow building of the new 47million surgicentre to continue, which is due to open to patients from April 2011.
The hospital's old main entrance road off Coreys Mill Lane will provide access to A&E only.
The main entrance and exit points for vehicles will be a new, combined road where the old exit on Coreys Mill Lane used to be.
Staff will be on hand over the first few days of this change to guide people to the right entrance, with pedestrian access unaffected.
Further information on the road layout changes can be found on the Trust's website at www.enherts-tr.nhs.uk
