A RESIDENT has produced a DVD of anti-social behaviour taking place behind the back of the Tesco store in Baldock.

The person, whose house backs on to the car park at the back of the Baldock superstore, took matters into his own hands and filmed the vandalism, noise, drinking and vehicle racing over a week.

Baldock councillor Michael Muir, who received the DVD and plans to hand it to Tesco and the local police, said: "I think it's disgraceful and Tesco need to sort it out once and for all.

"But of course they're only interested in profit so they turn a blind eye to it."

Baldock community officer Steve Gibbs said: "As the local neighbourhood officer I am liaising with Tesco, the local authority and residents. And we're all working together to hopefully resolve the issue.

"If there's any evidence we see of offending when we view the DVD then we will be dealing with that appropriately.
