A fundraising fashion show to support research into cancer is being held on Thursday and is free to attend.
Flaunt our Fashion at the Cancer Research UK superstore on Oaklands Retail Park in Stevenage’s London Road is being hosted by self-taught fashion stylist Caroline Jones, who owns the Knickers Model’s Own brand and is the author of A Year of Frugal Fashion.
As well as a fashion show at the event, which starts at 7pm, there will also be a chance to grab some bargains.
Money raised will go to Stand Up To Cancer - a joint fundraising campaign from Cancer Research UK and Channel 4 which aims to support advances in research into the killer disease.
Cancer Research UK fundraising manager, Rebecca Gray, said: “We just want to sell as much fashion as we can. Of course donations of funds, or further fashion, are also very welcome on the night.”
