Of Limetree House sheltered housing complex celebrated their ninetieth birthdays this week. Roland Millard on August 27 and Rex Robinson on August 28. When each of them lost his wife the decision was eventually taken to move a very short distance to find more company and care. Rex moved across the road from his family home and Roland moved a few doors up the road attracted by Julie, the centre manager's enthusiastic management style, which means that there is rarely a dull moment. On Saturday afternoon a tea party was held at Limetree House to celebrate the great occasion.
