TWO Stevenage men were lucky to walk away uninjured when the car they were travelling in rolled over in a country lane this morning.
The East of England Ambulance Service was alerted to near the crematorium in Watton Road, Knebworth, at 11:10. A paramedic ambulance from Stevenage attended the scene. Ambulance service spokesman Gary Sanderson who attended the incident said: "One of our colleagues from the London Ambulance Service who lives nearby was driving past and stopped to help. He checked over the two men prior to our arrival and following further assessments they did not require to be taken to hospital."
The road was closed from the crematorium junction to the High Street, Knebworth, for almost an hour while the car was recovered.
