TWO people arrested in North Herts have been charged in connection with card fraud at cash machines.
At around 9.15pm on Friday police were alerted to a suspicious vehicle in Knebworth. Officers attended and two people were arrested.
Ionut Machis, 26, and a 17-year-old boy, both of no fixed address, were charged with theft and possession of an article to commit fraud.
They appeared before Hatfield Remand Court on Monday where they were remanded into police custody. Yesterday (Tuesday) both were charged with the offence of conspiracy to defraud the banking system and are due to appear before Hatfield Remand Court today.
