Two men from Stevenage have today denied murdering 58-year-old Peter Shickle from the town.
Graham King and John Jamieson, both 35, pleaded not guilty to killing Mr Shickle when they appeared at Luton Crown Court via a video link from Peterborough jail.
Mr Shickle, a father of two daughters, was found dead at his home in Silam Road on the afternoon of Sunday, November 6, last year.
Mr King from Harrow Court, Stevenage and Mr Jamieson from Wigram Way, Stevenage, were remanded in custody by Judge Richard Foster.
Their trial date has been set for April 24.
