Letchworth Natural History Society invites non-members to two evening field meetings, one on July 14 at Letty Green (meet at Letty Green Church) and the other at Barkway on July 21, meet at the northern end of the High Street. Rumour has it that the last time members hit the road for their field meeting they came across a cement lorry which had collided with a prison van. Apparently, police are looking for six hardened criminals!
