Two men have been arrested on suspicion of drink driving after a car hit a roundabout in Stevenage yesterday evening.

Police were called at 10.45pm to the roundabout on Lytton Way next to the Lytton Way service station.

A car had ploughed into the roundabout and two male drivers had left the scene.

The two men aged 29 and 30 from Welwyn Garden City, were later arrested on suspicion of drink driving.

They are currently in police custody.
