Two people have been arrested and an expensive carpentry kit has been recovered after a raid in Stevenage.

The raid took place after a search warrant was issued for a property in Canterbury Way.

Police arrested a 28-year-old man and a 23-year-old-woman from Stevenage on suspicion of handling stolen goods.

A Complete Carpentry Kit – made by Faithful – was found in the loft and is believed to be stolen.
