THEY are a generous lot at the Senior Friends of Plinston Tuesday Club in Letchworth GC.
For more than 16 years, they have donated money from their raffles to deserving causes.
The latest recipient is the town's Ernest Gardiner Day Hospital. Matron Sheelagh Drury went along to Plinston Hall last week to collect a £500 cheque from club stalwart Nancy Baker while other members and chairman John Baker (far left) looked on.
