COMMUTERS with access to a computer will have the chance to grill train chiefs during an online forum.
According to First Capital Connect (FCC), their customers will be able to put questions directly to senior managers and get instant responses.
Elaine Holt, managing director of FCC, said: "Communicating effectively with our customers is important to us and this is just one of the ways that people can get in touch with us.
"This will be our fourth online forum and each time they prove more and more popular.
"It's easy to take part - simply log onto our website and post your questions. Within minutes we aim to answer your question and you will be able to read our response online."
The forum will takes place from 9am until 11am on April 25.
