There will be train delays between Cambridge and Hitchin until at least 11am after a lorry hit a bridge in Baldock.
The delays of around 20 minutes have caused frustration among rail users, with Liz Marley tweeting: “The bridge at Baldock is up to its old tricks! Waiting for the inspectors. Again.”
Patsy Keating tweeted: “So a lorry drove into the bridge at Baldock station. So what exactly does this mean for us all stuck on this train?”
