Woman hospitalised after three-car crash in Stevenage near A1(M)

A woman has been hospitalised following a three-car collision near the A1(M) this morning (Tuesday).

Emergency services were called to the scene on Broadhall Way, in Stevenage, just before the slip road onto the A1(M) at 7.40am following a collision involving a silver Toyota Yaris, a white Renault panel van and a blue Peugeot 308.

One lane was temporarily closed while police recovered the vehicles. It was re-opened by 8.50am.

The Toyota driver, described as a woman in her 40s, was taken to Lister Hospital with minor injuries. No-one else was injured in the incident.
