A WOMAN was taken to hospital with head injuries following a two car collision near Hitchin yesterday (Monday).
A black Mini Cooper and a silver Toyota collided just before 6pm at the Ashbrook Lane junction.
Police and ambulance crews attended the scene and woman was taken to hospital, although her injuries were described as minor.
Both vehicles were recovered after the accident.
