A 63-year-old motorcyclist was hospitalised yesterday (Monday) in a collision which created traffic chaos in Stevenage.
The Stevenage man was treated for a minor knee injury at Lister after he came off his black Yamaha motorbike in a crash with a silver Vauxhall Astra. The young male driver was unhurt.
The crash happened shortly after 4pm outside the police station on Lytton Way. Officers closed one lane while the incident was dealt with, causing traffic to back up in the area. The road was fully cleared an hour later.
