No trains are currently running between Finsbury Park and Stevenage due to an earlier signal problem.
First Capital Connect has said replacement buses will run between Stevenage and London to all stations up to Potters Bar and Cockfosters, where passengers can get the London Underground.
It follows a signal problem between New Barnet and Alexander Palace which occurred around 6am this morning (Tuesday) and is yet to be resolved.
