There are delays on the A602 heading in and out of Stevenage this morning due to roadworks.
Herts County Council’s Highways department is reporting delays of around 20 minutes on the A602 for those travelling south from the Bragbury End area of Stevenage to Watton-at-Stone.
The heavy traffic, which has also seen queues in the opposite direction, is being cause by temporary traffic lights while Affinity Water carries out emergency roadworks.
HCC said on Twitter that it was liaising with the water board for an update.
