SHEER weight of traffic is causing delays on the A1(M) during today’s morning rush hour (Wednesday).
Traffic has been backing up going southbound at Junction 10 for Stotfold and was particularly heavy at Junction 9 for Letchworth Gate and Junction 8 for Stevenage.
A police spokesman confirmed that no accident had taken place and that the volume of traffic was causing the delays.
