A YOUNG girl and two women have been taken to hospital after a car crash this morning (Monday).
Emergency services were called at about 8.50am after a black Fiat Punto and a silver Mercedes CLK collided in Great Ashby Way, Stevenage.
The driver of the Fiat was taken to Lister Hospital in the town with her nine-year-old daughter after both received minor injuries.
Another woman, a passenger travelling in the Mercedes, also received treatment for minor injuries.
The road was partially blocked at the junction with St David’s Close, with police directing traffic.
