Three people were taken to hospital after a collision involving a car in Hitchin yesterday evening.
Police and paramedics rushed to Old Hale Way at about 5.50pm after a silver Hyundai collided with pedestrians and a stationary grey Vauxhall.
An ambulance service spokesman said: “One rapid response vehicle and one ambulance attended the scene to treat three patients, all with minor injuries. They were taken to hospital for further treatment.”
Officers closed the road and recovered the Hyundai. The street was reopened at 7.40pm.
