Stevenage road shut and man taken to hospital after two-car crash

A man has been taken to hospital and a road partially shut this morning after a two-car crash in Stevenage.

Emergency services were called just before 9am after a blue Vauxhall Vectra and a black Vauxhall Corsa collided in Trinity Road at the junction with High Street.

Trinity Road has been temporarily shut leading up to the roundabout for Lytton Way.

A man in his 60s has been taken to Lister Hospital in the town with minor injuries.
