SNOWFALL is causing delays across major roads in Comet country this morning (Wednesday).
The the A1(M), A505, A602 and A507 are all being affecetd.
The A1(M) exit slip road is closed and queueing traffic northbound at J10 A1(T), because of an accident and recovery work.
There is congestion on A507 Arlesey Road to the A6001 Hitchin Road junction.
The A505 Baldock Road in Letchworth is blocked and there is slow traffic southbound between The Crescent junction and the B656 Walsworth Road junction, because of snow.
There are severe delays on A1(M) southbound between J10, A1 at Stotfold in Upper Stondon and J6, A1000 (Welwyn) in Hertfordshire.
There is very slow traffic and long delays on A505 Upper Tilehouse Street westbound between the B655 Pirton Road junction in Hitchin and the Mount Grace Road junction in Lilley.
A602 Six Hills Way in Stevenage is busy but moving at the B197 London Road junction.
There is very slow traffic on A602 Broadhall Way in both directions in Stevenage at the A1072 Gunnels Wood Road junction.
A602 Hitchin Road in Stevenage busy but moving in both directions around the Ingleside Drive junction.
