A woman has been taken to hospital with serious head injuries after falling through a glass door.
Ambulance crews, including an air ambulance, were called to the house in Shefford at 4.37pm on Saturday.
After being assessed at the scene the woman was taken to Lister Hospital in Stevenage by land ambulance.
