Police closed a road in Hitchin for a short time this afternoon after a two-car crash on the A602 near the town centre.
A Ford Fiesta and a Volkswagen Tiguan were involved in the collision at the junction of Park Way and Charlton Road shortly before 4pm.
No injuries were reported and the road was closed from the Paynes Park roundabout while vehicle recovery took place, it was back open by 4.35pm.
There are still some delays going into Hitchin from Stevenage on the A602.
