Person taken to hospital following two-car crash in Stevenage

A person has been taken to hospital this morning after a crash in Stevenage.

The incident happened on North Road, past the junction with Graveley Road, at 7.10am when a blue Vauxhall ADAM collided with a silver Ford Mondeo.

The road was closed while the cars were moved and oil and debris was cleared. It reopened at 8.24am.

Both drivers were treated at the scene and the driver of the Vauxhall was taken to Lister Hospital.
