A PENSIONER leaving a doctors surgery drove straight into a front garden yesterday (Monday).
The 70-year-old man was leaving the Larksfield Surgery, Stotfold yesterday morning when he lost control of his car.
An eyewitness said the car hit a metal fence, crossed over the cycle way and across Arlesey Road, crashing through a hedge and into the garden of the house opposite.
Sarah Wilkinson of Bedfordshire Police said: “We received a call at 11am yesterday. A man had crashed into the fence and ended up in the garden of a house in Arlesey Road. There were no reports of anyone injured in the incident.”
The man was checked over by a paramedic but did not require further treatment.
