One person was taken to hospital this afternoon after a two-car crash which led to one of the vehicles colliding with another – parked on a Letchworth driveway.
Police, ambulance and fire crews were all called to Glebe Road at about 2.35pm after reports of a two-car crash which saw one of the vehicles leave the road and hit another car parked on a drive.
The cars involved were a Kia Sedona, a blue Peugeot 106 and a black Vauxhall Astra – with two patients assessed by a paramedic at the scene.
One of them was subsequently taken in a rapid response vehicle to Stevenage’s Lister Hospital with what have been described as minor injuries.
The road was temporary blocked and fire crews helped make the scene safe.
