A motorcyclist was taken to hospital after a car crash in Letchworth Gate this afternoon.
For unknown reasons, a Honda Jazz and a motorbike were in a crash at the junction nine slip road of the A1(M) southbound.
The driver was unharmed, but the motorcyclist was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
It happened at about 4.20pm.
Officers from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit are appealing for information about what happened.
