A major road in Stevenage has been closed by police.
Martins Way is closed in both directions on the stretch from the roundabout linking the road to Canterbury Way and Grace Way and the roundabout for Hitchin Road and Gunnels Wood Road.
A police spokeswoman has said: “We’re currently responding to concerns for the welfare of a woman. For safety Martins Way and the nearby Hitchin Road area is currently closed.“
