A man was taken to hospital early this morning after a small water silo fell on him.
Emergency services were called to Works Road in Letchworth at about 4.45am after the man – who is in his 30s – suffered injuries to his back, chest and legs when the silo landed on top of him.
He was taken to Lister Hospital in Stevenage to be treated for his injuries, which are not thought to be life-threatening.
