A man was taken to hospital and a road shut following a crash on the A505 last night (Saturday).
Emergency services were called at about 11.45pm to the A505 between Hitchin and Luton following a collision near the Offley turning.
Three men were assessed at the scene by the ambulance service with one man taken to Lister Hospital in Stevenage for further care.
A spokesman for the ambulance service said his injuries “were not believed to be life-threatening”.
Police also attended along with firefighters from Hitchin and the road was shut near to the turning for Offley in the direction heading to Luton while the scene was made safe.
