A MAN has been arrested after a car collided with another vehicle before crashing into a house this morning (Tuesday).
Emergency services were called to Ripon Road, Stevenage, following a collision involving a silver Vauxhall Astra and a silver Ford Focus near the junction with Canterbury Way at 8.45am.
Following the collision, the Astra then crashed into a nearby house, causing damage to the property.
Police have arrested a man on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle and failing to stop.
No-one has been injured as a result of the incident.
Investigations are ongoing and police are currently speaking to witnesses at the scene.
