A man has been airlifted to hospital with a serious head injury after falling from scaffolding in Letchworth this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to Blackhorse Road at about 12.15pm to treat a man who had fallen 10ft and suffered a suspected fractured skull.
The man was airlifted to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge for further treatment.
