Lucky escape after Stevenage car crash

A WOMAN escaped without injury after the car she was travelling in rolled over in Stevenage.

Paramedics were called to the junction of Gresley Way and Magpie Crescent just after 6pm on Friday.

Ambulance service spokesman Gary Sanderson, who attended the scene, said: “Thankfully on our arrival the woman was out of the vehicle and, following a check over by the ambulance crews, she did not require to go to hospital.”
