Train services have returned to normal this afternoon after a broken down train at Alexandra Palace was moved off the tracks.
The train broke down at around 3.45pm this afternoon blocking northbound services between London Kings’s cross and Stevenage.
Some delays still remain in place due to backed up trains.
A spokesman for Great Northern tweeted: “Lines have reopened following an earlier broken down train at Alexandra Palace. Residual delays are still expected.”
