All lanes have reopened following a two-vehicle crash northbound on the A1(M) this morning between junction 8 for the A602 to Hitchin and junction 9 for Letchworth.
One car overturned onto its roof following the crash just before 8am, and two of the three lanes were closed while it was recovered.
It is not yet known if anyone was injured.
There were minor delays following the incident but traffic has since returned to normal.
